PSV and PSP still have Nightmare sales in America almost one year later- Now what?

People said, " Marketing!, Price Cut, Bundle, Exclusives, etc." Ok. Done! That still did not seem to matter. So now what is Sony's next step? If they can afford to do anymore steps that is.
