PS3 actually has a healthy install base in all regions. They don't rely purely on 1.

Nope, actually since Xbox is near negligible in Japan and you said that almost 50% of 360 sales are in USA. This means that Europe contributes >40% of the 360 sales.

So.. Xbox 360 ALSO has a healthy install base in Europe just not as big as PS3.
