Incorrect. It would conflict with the law that says you can't discriminate based on sexual orientation, specifically, when providing a good or service (marriage ceremony). As the churches would clearly be denying the 'sale' because of orientation it would be illegal.

If religion is a suitable legal reason for discriminating, then I hereby invent HateBlackPeopleIsm, whereby my shop doesn't serve people with dark skin because it is against the decree of our holy scripture.



if someone wants to isolate an entire customer base because of their hate they should be allowed to unless its publicly traded. That's my opinion.
