Seeing how "handheld" is just an abbreviation for "handheld console" I'm pretty sure handhelds are consoles too.

Like 'phone' is abbrevation used for 'mobile phone', all phones are mobile!  Even the ones stuck connected to wall sockets.

Handhelds dont sell half? $299.99 or $349.99 Wii U ⇔ 3DS $249.99 Vita is $249.99 or $299.99 (dif models) so that means that when ps4 comes out by your statment it'll be $499.99 or $599.99
