i think sony have big plan for ps vita... i mean an integration with ps4 sounds like a hit or missed for sony....
if they are able to integrate it with the ps4... i could imagine their sales would sky rocket, but that is too wii-u-ish...
and sony doesnt like to follow on the fad. esp. after what happened to the dildo motion control.
2013-2014 might be a break or make for vita.

Integration is a plus, but that's simply a nice feature to have, not something that'll really help sales. It's not like the 3DS is really selling based on Wii U integration. It's all about library and price.

if sony play the game right i think integration is not just a plus but a life for vita...

if ps4 becomes as successful like uhm ps2 with vita integration dont you think the ps4 would pull those numbers?

yeah price and software is the main key, but for now their support looks dreadful... so hopefully sony would pull off like an apple to thousand of ihomes-kind-of-business

PS4 being as successful as PS2 is highly unlikely. And I don't see anyone dumping $250+ (well by the time the PS4 is out the Vita will have a price cut but it still won't be cheap) for some integration. If the Vita doesn't get any mass appeal games it won't do well no matter what and sell to a niche, which is why the Vita is at 4 mil while the 3DS is at 27 mil. But I honestly don't know if that's possible. PSP really had a turnaround thanks to Monster Hunter (at least in Japan) but that's on the 3DS now. Elsewhere the PSP got GTA, FF, MGS, etc. but those series aren't on the Vita and the publishers of those games aren't interested in the Vita either.

the problem with sony is how they trying to push so hard for the ps vita to compete with console games.... where is loco roco and patapon which suited the mobile gaming so well?
