They said all first party titles will be available day one digital, so yes I presume. 

Also, just noticed the male character (skating?) down the walkway. Skates confirmed? And character customisation? At first he's wearing glasses, then he's not.

I heard about that, but I never saw the announcement so I wasn't sure if I should believe it.
