Incorrect. Dreamcast does not belong to the PS1 era. It belongs to the PS2 era. That means that the Dreamcast had the worst graphics of its generation. Xbox had the best graphics of that generation.
But, you are correct on the fact that the Playstation 3 has the best graphics of its generation.
