I played Pikmin when I was little and trust me, the time limit didn't put a damper on the game one bit.
How didn't you like SMG 2 when you liked SMG? They were the same thing. (Bolded.)

Oh sorry. I thought you meant the games you listed were the last of your favourites.
None of the games that you listed were bad though. You need to stop relying on reviews to figure if you'll like the game or not. If you don't like it then just return it before it's expiration. I bet some of the games you thought you wouldn't like aren't half bad.
