Yep. I'd be happy to pay taxes if it went to that. The current system is broken and lets people live on welfare with free housing better than people working a full time min-wage job.
Welfare should be a hand up not a hand out.
We don't need to steal money from important stuff like defense to fund lazy deadbeats who have figured out how to game the system forever.
