Well if Sony decides to stop bundling it like crazy, it will sell as good as 500k - 700k per year max.

Just to make it easy to calculate let's say it sells 1 million per year and does not slow down at all (lol) and Halo 3 does not sell one single copy, the digital ones are not even counted anyway GT5 will get there January 2016. So realistically we are looking at an even later date or never. Well unless VGC does not adjust their numbers.

I highly doubt that. Sony has developed a loyal racer fanbase in Europe since I was a child.
