Adjusting the WiiU screen is already part of the setup... I did it on day when it was released. Take a look in the settings.

In settings I see

TV Connection Type

TV Resolution

Aspect Ratio

TV Audio-Ouput Type

There isn't an option to move the screen around.

It is a minor issue I have with Wii U is there is not an Auto-Adjust for its screen or the time to match the atomic clock. Minor, yet but irksome nonetheless. In any case, you do have to adjust the screen size for Wii U under eShop and MiiVerse settings. It should help ease this overscanning issues.

this doesnt fix the problem at system level. Only in eShop and MiiVerse.

I suffer this problem because I have a VERY old LCD tv 26inch haha. Probably like 6 years old now if not more.

This issue is not fixable on my TV as I have no option to fix it.

I do plan on getting a new tv soon so all good but Nintendo still needs to fix this issue along with the limited range RGB.
