And for everyone who thinks the PS3 isn't region locked, that's not true. The system allows for region locking, but the games do do it. There are a few that do. I would suggest double checking a game before import just in the unlikely case that it might be region locked.

The only game that is region locked is Persona 4 Arena. Every other game can be imported from Japan or Europe. In any case that means the PS3 is not region locked, if the publisher has to region lock the game.

The only content that is region locked, are downloadable content. I have and played a few imported items.

The fact that Persona 4 Arena is region locked means the system supports it. Future games could be region locked so I still suggest double checking before importing.
