Luigi Mansion night be a huge hit...Why i say this??? The original sold over 3.5mil! and that was on GCN which has by far the worst hardware sales in Nintendo! Now a growing 3DS which is a handheld for this title! Its also a little casual so my guess is this can be over 5mil lifetime maybe more...
Only time will tell!
