well if i recall correctly, i believe Super Mario Galaxy was one of the most pirated games a few years back with over 1.2million downloads according to something :/

Here's a comparison of the most pirated Wii, 3DS, and PSP games during the same time period.  The family image Nintendo has is the best thing that's going for them and that's why piracy isn't as large on Nintendo's consoles because most parents aren't going to think that their system can crash and play games.  I bet around half the people that purchased their games legitimately on all consoles either didn't know you could pirate or thought it may have been too difficult.  If they knew how easy it was the pirated numbers on all systems would have went up I'm sure.  That's how dishonest people are.
