A good game with decent sales but not huge so Nintendo can afford the exclusivity
Persona 5 comes to mind, great reviews decent but not great sales and not very Hardware demanding
Soulcalibur VI, last edition sold less than a million copies and it has brand recognition
No More Heroes 3, the first 2 came to the Wii so a third one is a no brainer this time in HD
