The only reason Nintendo have Bayonetta 2 exclusively is because Sega couldn't provide the funds to complete the game. Nintendo offered the developers Platinum Games the funds to complete the project on the condition they would publish Bayonetta 2 exclusively. The problem is Bayonetta sold what 1.5- 1.8 mil copies. I'm not sure Bayonetta 2 is a system seller based on those numbers alone, not taking into context the style of the game.
Something like Sleeping Dogs is owned by Sqaure Enix, they won't allow Nintendo to publish their IP exclusively.
I think Nintendo will get all the good games anyway. They will get multiplatform releases of Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto and the sports games (Fifa). Well I think they will.
The question is whether these games will encourage gamers to buy a Nintendo console over a Sony or Microsoft console. I think thats partly to do with marketing. Nintendo are experts are marketing their games, I have no doubt they will do the same here.
