I don't think Shenmue or Beyond Good and Evil fall into this category. Although, Nintendo might be able to work something out with Sega and Ubisoft.

As far as I know, Bayonetta is at least partially owned by Sega. Their logo appears on the credits of the 2nd game's teaser and they've stated that they're working with Nintendo and Platinum Games as an "advisor" for the game.
