Update:

I just got a chance to take a look at the leg totals for the games so far:

ZOMBIU, aside from crossing 250k, is selling the most copies per week of any third party title; it cleared 92k in its first week, 84k in its second, and now 70k in its third.  It's showing the most legs of any third party title.

BLOPS II has indeed crossed the 120k mark and is continuing to show legs; the 26k copies cleared is still in the same range as last week's 28k. Batman is also showing legs, having sold 18k -- the same amount it sold last week. Even AC3, which didn't start out so promisingly, is still selling in the 15-19k range, with a 39.2% increase in sales in America. SONIC, too, is continuing to show legs, selling the same amount of units it sold in its first week, 22k a week. TEKKEN also sells 10k, the same pace it sold the last two weeks.

On the flip side, WiiU owners just aren't going crazy for MASS EFFECT 3. The EA published title has taken a drop in its third week sales, going from 7k to 4k. So much for the rumors of ME on WiiU.

Still, it sounds like the situation for WiiU isn't all that bad after all where third parties are concerned.
