Does the developer have the allocated budget (internally or from a publisher) to add another console? 2. Does the developer ahve the manpower to allocate to another SKU? 3. Does the developer have enough development kits for simultaneous development? 4. Is the game engine already on the system or will that require another years worth of work? 5. Was the hardware finalized enough for us to put resoruces into it when we began development?
