Financial years arent calendar years, and furthermore MS financial year is different to Sony financial year. 

MS FY 2012 is June 2011 to June 2012

Sony FY 2011 is March 2011 to March 2012



I figured it was something like that. However it's not completely useless comparing the two. They both have a years worth of data.
