It's not only about having the feature, it's about matching the quality and usability of the feature. For example it took PSN a long time to finally get the ability to join a session in progress but it's a hit or miss ability that isn't supported in all games and even when it is, it's not nearly as reliable as on XBL. Party chat on Vita is the same. It's a lot slower to set up than XBL and doesn't work as well, especially voice quality. But it's a handheld. Nice for people to have though. We'll see if PS4 has it and if it's up to snuff.

Its not about the quality of it all and you know it, you're all grasping at straws, truly. Halo, Gears and COD sell Xbox Live more than anything else.
