Quite enjoyed speed-running the first 10 areas. Think 75 seconds is my fastest. Starting to speed-run the second set now, but I oft fail because of going too quickly in either 5 or 8 and crashing.
It all seems so easy, actually. Dunno how I ever struggled at it. To answer your question, in Stage 10 go slowly down the ramps collecting the coins until you reach the last one (right-->left), then flick it left quickly and change it back to the middle. It's hard, but when you do it once you'll 'get' it and be able to do it all the time.

what is this area 40 nonsense? I beat the DK game the first day I got it and it just sayed stay tuned for more DK in the future. Have they already added more stages?

When you finish the game and get the star after the first 10 areas, if you re-play it and do it again then it takes you on past the Area 10 flag. This flips the board around where there's 10 more areas. Again, after doing these 20, if you return and do it again then it allows you to flip the board around once more and do another 20 stages, similar the the first 20 but much more difficult.
