Anyway, I think petitions are a great way for fans of a series to let the producers know how many people are interested in their games. Hell, the petitions probably draw more widespread attention to them as well. Isn't that what happened with Xenoblade in North America?
In the case of Bayonetta 2 petitions are most likely pointless, but if there's even a sliver of hope, I say go for it. Not everyone has the income to justify spending $300 on a system that only has one game that they're really interested in.
