Good sales to start off and 2013 software is already looking pretty good. Japan is getting Dragon Quest X which will help them move some major units, not as much as a non MMO version would but still considerable. And the US has Rayman hitting, Pikmin 3 (prettiest console game I've ever seen) Aliens, Bayonetta 2, Wonderful 101, Monster Hunter. Wii U will be good on software till at least Spring, and no telling what games will be announced between now and then. People expecting, fearing, or hoping for a Vita or 3ds situation really shouldn't.
Games are fun.
