I think I may be one of the only ones apart from JustThatGamer and Sales to have actually contributed data to this thread, sir. You can also do without the arrogant remarks, you aren't as great as you project. But just so you know, I'm not going to let you talk shit about me. The moment you can make a proper retort to my arguments, I'll start taking you seriously. For now, you're another stain on a window of happy-bashing, which, as far as I'm concerned, is nothing new. People tend to get jealous of me because I actually have something interesting to say. And I back almost all my sales posts with facts and numbers.
@ your post. It's called a high tie-ratio this year... The question is, where are these sales coming from? Not from Sony's recent 1st party games, I'll tell you that much.

What are these games that are selling? It's likely that it's the legs of older playstation 3 games, as well as late multiplats. It's defo not lately released 1st party games, since there are like, none this year (figuratively speaking).
Here are some of the totals I've come up with:
Set 1: the 3 uncharted's [w]
Set 2: the infamous games [w]
Set 3: Gran Turismo, Sports Champions & Eye Pet [w]
Set 4: Warhawk & Starhawk [w]
Set 5: Heavenly Sword, Heavy Rain (add more if needed) [w]
Set 6: Sly, Ratched, Ico, Jak collections [w]
Set 7: God of war collections [w]
Set 8: The resistance games [w]
Set 9: MLB Games [w]
Set 10: Motorstorm games [w]
Set 11: LBP + Modnation [w]
Take a look at them, you'll see most of them went up during the black friday period. Nothing to make any of them explode, but all mostly bumped up across the board. It makes it clear that these games are either bundled, at a more affordable MSRP, or turned into collection packages, all leading to increased sales during seasons like Christmas and Black Friday. Then there are the multiplats which actually sell PS3s brand new in and of themselves (ACIII and BO2 for example).
