Damn you must be attacking it pretty hard.   You sound like a pro.  I just got to about stage 5 on the second course.  The one where you are in that big cage and have to tilt it upside down then go down it to get out or something like that.  I just got to it so I should figure it out soon.

Yeah I think I've played it...28 times now? The trick is pressing y to reset, and just re-doing one area over and over and over without losing a life until you get it. 

The cage one took me some time to grasp. It's pretty straightforward when you figure it out, so I shalln't spoil it for you here. The killer I feel is Stage 9 in this one. Rotating the Gamepad to a point where it says 'Don't tilt the Gamepad so much' is frustrating.
