Took a long time, but I finally managed to finish Stage 40 yesterday. Took 570 seconds so nearly ran up to the time, but it was worth it!
Quite enjoyed speed-running the first 10 stages. Think 75 seconds is my fastest. Starting to speed-run the second set now, but I oft fail because of going too quickly in either 5 or 8 and crashing.
It all seems so easy, actually. Dunno how I ever struggled at it. To answer your question, in Stage 10 go slowly down the ramps collecting the coins until you reach the last one (right-->left), then flick it left quickly and change it back to the middle. It's hard, but when you do it once you'll 'get' it and be able to do it all the time.
