What are the estimates for development costs for games like Halo, Assassin's Creed, COD

Too lazy too look for them.
It's really not that hard to find.

Halo is... $60m or something. CoDMW2 was extremely expensive for such a rather simple game. AC.. no idea, I don't think I've ever read something about it.
Gears, Uncharted, Crysis all ~$20m
