You know, there was some pretty impressive deals on HDTVs this Black Friday as well. I reckon some people who bought those cheap HDTVs were also fishing for a blu-ray player, and since the PS3 was also very cheap WHILE being bundled with a few games, I think those people preferred to purchase a PS3 over the other options. Just my guess for a factor that could play in its YOY increase.
