It's not bundled in USA as far as I know. 

It's not. Hardly surprising it isn't there. As for the numbers, holiday, holidays!!

VGC is showing GT5 at 18k in US only this week (up from 11k last week) but it's not in TOP100... I believe that game sold more in US... It have a good deal too in Black Friday... $10.
