XIII was a PS3 exclusive. Microsoft had the surprise announcement at E3 that nobody saw coming.

XV will be assumed multiplat from reveal. If it ends up being WiiU EXCLUSIVE... Then meltdowns would probably be bigger

I wonder what would happen if they did a Sega and released it exclusively for Vita :)
