Just because somebody has something negative to say it doesn't mean they have an agenda.

Because usually there IS an agenda. I have numerous times seen microsoft fans posting negative posts about sony and of course I see the reverse with sony fans posting negative threads about MS. People say that they dont have an agenda and that they are really just posting news neutrally but you can usually tell when someone is enjoying that a certain console isnt doing well in some regard even if those people are not out and out trolling.

Sure there are trolls. That's a constant. But it sucks that so many, usualy fanboys, treat anyone with a critisism as a troll.

Yup. The problem is it is hard to tell when someone is trolling or not. But generally what happens is that when a xbox fan comes to sony threads and says Uncharted sucks, you kind of assume that they are trolling regardless of whether they are or not. And vice versa for xbox threads. Even if someone isnt an outright troll, they may come to play a game with a bias before even starting which may colour their perception of the game. Its kind of why this is the way it is now on the threads. A criticism of Sony IPs by xbox fans is assumed to be trolling and the same for Xbox IPs by sony fans.
