People need to start separating the 2 services.
Microsoft makes you pay for online play and the entire online experience is apart of the 60 dollars.
PS+ has nothing to do with paying to play online. It is a subscription service where you receive early access to game demos and free games. Granted as long as you keep paying for the service.
Outside of being a subscription service neither of these are alike.
