Dantes inferno did not pushing anything that god of war did, It was just a reskinned game. Allstars was setup to be simple, but can be taken seriously as a tournament style brawler. It took what SSMB did to the next level, the presenation just sucked, thats all. I am in it for the core mechanics and the characters, dlc, multiplayer. Next gen it will build itself, but right now its off to the right start. If this game had come out in 1999 or the early 2000's it would've had a higher score, but times have changed and it makes sense that more would be expected out of it. Those reviews aren't swaying me from what I've played.
