Unknown. But personally, I'd be very surprised if the Ps4/720 are massive upgrades.

They will be. There would be no point in releasing a console that doesn't offer a significant increase in power/performance/functionality over current gen. 

I suppose that's true. If you haven't been paying attention, or are unable to apply any thought to what's going on.
