It was a tough call between the Wii and the Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 set the bar for high definition graphics, wireless controllers, 3rd party support, and online versatility. Had Kinect come out sooner, it definitely would have won. Kinect add not only movement, as per the Wii, but also Voice recognition. I think the future the Xbox 360 + Kinect will change the way we interact with computers for than anything since the mouse.
But I chose the Wii because of actually changing how games are playing and being the first to use physical movement effectively, I chose the Wii. Many games, and types of games, now exist because of that innovative risky little console that came out in 2006.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned. Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon! |
