Not really. Most reviews tend to be embargoed until the day of. Sometimes they go up beforehand but that's the exception not the rule. With Zombi U, Ubisoft has been pretty generous in terms of allowing the press to cover it, so I don't get the impression that they're trying to hide a game they think is crap. Mind you, that doesn't mean it's not a bad game, just that Ubisoft doesn't think so.
In terms of the Gamespot review, I'm not taking it too seriously. Partially because I don't take Gamestop too seriously in general, but also because of the complaints leveled against the game. The biggest complaint seems to be that the game isn't more action oriented, which wasn't what I was looking for anyways.
