the experts tell me miami are a young team with promise, they don't really mention anything about buffallo,it seemed pretty 50/50 but in general the so called experts fell on the side buffallo

If you ever get a chance, watch this season of Hard Knocks. There's no leadership in Miami, especially not from the coaching staff, so if the yung'uns really have promise I doubt they're going to realize much of it.

i googled it,liev schrieber narrates it,won't get that sort of thing over here, what about for the future as in a few years, don't NFL teams build something towards superbowl,i don't even know how much buying and selling goes on between NFL teams let alone how many is allowed a season,if there is a limit on transfers even

If you're talking about trades and free agency, the only real limits are the team's salary cap and the need for the Commisioner's approval on trades (to make sure things don't get too lopsided). So sure, it's possible. On the other hand, every other team* is also constantly building itself to be better, so Miami won't be ahead simply in that regard.
*"Team" is used strictly to denote a professional squad of players/coaches/front offices, and as such excludes the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars.
