If the the latest dev kits aren't going out until Jan and won't be finalized until mid 2012, I don't think the games will be ready for a 2013 launch. The Nextbox rumors of dev kits have been going around for a long time so it's definitely launching in 2013, but if PS4 dev kits are this late it seems like a 2014 launch for Sony. Now if devs have ha early dev kits for as long as the Nextbox then they will launch together. Rumors are rumors though.
