The WiiU has a ton of great content to cater to people this holiday season. When picking up a gift, WiiU will be an interesting option. I think it's still too early to tell, wait yet another few weeks.
I have seen people put their hands on the U at my local gamestop, and they were having fun. It will be big, just more of an unexpected hit. The screen is beautiful too. (controller's a bit cumbersome, but It's a non-issue since we have the pro-controller, which most of us will be getting and the younger and non-gamers wouldn't care)
