If that 25% digital sales rate remains, Nintendo will be extremely happy.
As it is, they won't replicate that in the US, and definitely not in Europe. Most 3DS games are £30 new at retail, yet are priced at £40 on the eShop. I would happily pay £30 to be able to keep Animal Crossing on my 3DS memory, but £10 more than a retail copy makes that price extremely unappealing. If Nintendo want better digital results in Europe, they need to lower the prices of their retail offerings.
