His original post claimed that MS could/should sue Nintendo, and I'm making the point that the differences are more than enough to avoid confusion. A lawsuit would be ridiculous.

Also the whole "X copied X" thing is getting old. Actually it was already older than dirt, but everyone here seems to like repeating irrelevant points.
