They made Dead Space Extraction to declare that core games don't sell on the Wii and got away with it. 4) There was a rumor that EA wanted their Origin service to become the central pillar of the Wii U's online infrastructure, but Nintendo declined because it would create conflict with other third party relations as well as give too much power to EA. This turned EA's promise for good Wii U support that was made at E3 2011 into spiteful hatred and thus EA's Wii U support is more token than anything else. The bottom line is that EA's vision of the future is Nintendo-less, but Nintendo just won't go away or cooperate, so they hate them. |
