I think there is nothing in ZombiU that couldn't be done on PS360 graphics wise and I think critics of the nintendo hating sort will emphasize this into oblivion. I have no problem with the graphics personally but it isn't spectacular or anything.

Ubisoft stated they never were trying trying to push the game graphically, they were focusing on the unique gameplay aspects and trying to get it doen on time for the launch.   To say nothing fo the fact it went though a huge transformation from Killer Freaks to ZombiU not that long ago.  But we know most reviewers/critics/fanboys will ignore all that.
