they also licensed UE3 for The Last Remnant despite developing the Crystal Tools engine, that team may prefer to use UE again. They also seem to be moving to UE for their mobile stuff like Demons' Score.
They also said that Lumious Engine is just for RPGs nothing else so they will be using other engines, they also licensed Unity a while back. Also aparently Theif 4 will be a UE3 games and it seems likely that Eidos Montreal and their new sister studio Square Enix Montreal will use UE going forward, tho aparently Epic Games Japan signed the new deal so Japanese studios will be using it.
