I actually hate DLC that's planned before the game is even released (majority of DLC) because it just feels like a manipulative way to circumvent the industry standard of charging $60 for a full game. But with DLC they are able to lure the consumer into your game, and when you're stuck they will milk you for more profit.

You mean specifically this sentence? :

"this DLC was originallydeveloped with the intent of being DLC. That means it potentially wouldn't even exist in the first place without the DLC distribution process. Believe it."

Well, I don't believe it. And even if it wouldn't potentially exist, it's still a rip-off.
