Remember... the original DS launched at a modest $129.99, and stayed around that price point for the duration of its life. When 3DS launched it was just as expensive as the Vita, and had hardly any compelling games other than 3D remakes of old N64 games. As soon as Nintendo finally gets around to launching the next generation of Pokemon games on the 3DS, it's game over for Sony and the Vita. |
Actually it launched at $149.99 and it got a price cut with the DS lite
