Have I just missed a very rare Pokemon?

Don't feel bad, I've only encountered 1 and it was a horrible one.  It used whirlwind and got a way, but i didnt care too much.  I wish they would get rid of action replay though.  I think it kind of ruins the online community because people can just cheat there way through it.  No offense to you or anything, a lot of people do it.  

it should be banned for online play for sure. I know you can tell the difference between a legit pokemon and a action replay one.

 

But I like using it for my own fun, not to play with others.
