This is a Burger King commercial, not a Wii U commercial... the ad is not trying to convince people to buy a Wii U, it's using Nintendo's popularity to convince people to buy Burger King for a chance to win a Wii U. Pretty significant difference. Most significant being that it's very unlikely that Nintendo actually made this commercial -- more likely they gave BK the rights to use their trademarks for the ad, and BK actually made it.
