The AC3 bundle will most likely give it a boost. Vita could get some pretty significant adjustments down though. People were pixel counting in another thread. The pixels didn't look pretty.

What thread, and of course the pixels aren't spectacular. The screen only has so much resolution, is it downscalled or something, or are they trying to see something that is not there to make it look bad?
